Lady’s Refuge Guesthouse – Internal Regulations

1. General Provisions

1.1. These regulations are intended to ensure a pleasant and safe stay for all guests.

1.2. By checking into the guesthouse, guests accept and agree to comply with these rules.

1.3. Failure to comply may result in damages being charged and even eviction without a refund.

2. Check-in and Check-out

2.1. Check-in starts at 4:00 PM; check-out is by 12:00 PM.

2.2. Upon arrival, all guests must present a valid ID for registration.

2.3. Maximum occupancy per room: 2 persons in double rooms; 3 persons in Family or Apartment rooms. The total maximum capacity is 18 adults.

2.4. An extra bed can be provided in a double room upon request and for an additional fee.

2.5. Extending your stay is possible only based on availability and with management approval.

2.6. Pets are not allowed.

2.7. The use of electric appliances (space heaters, radiators, mini fridges, etc.) is strictly prohibited.

2.8. Access is not allowed for persons who are not registered guests.

2.9. Visitors must be announced in advance and may only stay in the living room or outdoor areas. They are not allowed in the bedrooms and must leave the premises by 10:00 PM.

3. Property Protection

3.1. Damaging furniture, walls, equipment, or any property belonging to the guesthouse is prohibited. Damages will be charged to the responsible party (or parents, if minors).

3.2. Moving furniture is not allowed; reconfiguration is done only by the staff upon request.

3.3. Guests must responsibly use the plumbing, electricity, and heating systems.

3.4. Access to staff-only areas (including the kitchen) is prohibited.

3.5. Guesthouse property must not be taken off-premises.

3.6. Common areas are under video surveillance for the protection of property and guests, in accordance with GDPR.

4. Cleanliness and Hygiene

4.1. Rooms are cleaned before check-in and upon request during the stay.

4.2. Waste must be disposed of only in designated bins.

4.3. Please keep rooms clean and treat furnishings and decorations with care.

4.4. Do not dirty or write on walls.

4.5. Food and drinks are not allowed in rooms. Please use the dining room, gazebo, or ground-floor terraces.

4.6. Towels are for personal hygiene only – do not use them for hair dye, makeup removal, cleaning shoes, bags, or floors.

4.7. Please clean children’s faces of paint before bed to avoid staining the linens.

4.8. Do not flush objects that may clog the plumbing.

4.9. The guesthouse reserves the right to refuse accommodation or evict guests who compromise hygiene standards.

5. Smoking, Alcohol, and Drugs

5.1. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas with ashtrays (balconies, terraces, gazebo). Smoking inside (rooms, living areas) is strictly prohibited under Law 349/2002.

5.2. Excessive alcohol consumption, aggressive behavior, and illegal substances are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate eviction.

6. Personal Belongings

6.1. The guesthouse is not responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen items.

6.2. Guests should lock doors and windows when leaving the room.

6.3. If important items are left behind, management will contact the guest to arrange retrieval.

6.4. Guests may request the safekeeping of valuables with the administrator.

7. Parties and Quiet Hours

7.1. Parties or children’s play areas in bedrooms are not allowed.

7.2. Parties inside or outside (including the gazebo) are only allowed with management’s approval.

7.3. Loud music or any other noise that may disturb neighbors is not allowed.

7.4. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

8. Children and Their Safety

8.1. There are dedicated play areas for children in the living room and courtyard.

8.2. Bedrooms must not be used as play areas.

8.3. Children must be supervised by parents at all times to prevent accidents or damage.

8.4. Behaviors that disturb other guests (e.g. screaming, running between tables) are not permitted.

8.5. Parents are responsible for the safety and actions of their children.

9. Responsibility for Damages

9.1. Any damage will be charged to the responsible party (or parents of minors).

9.2. If the damage disrupts the business, full compensation will be required.

9.3. If the fire alarm is triggered through negligence (e.g., smoking indoors), the guest will bear all emergency intervention costs.

9.4. Refusal to pay for damages may result in authorities being contacted.

10. Eviction and Disciplinary Measures

10.1. Management reserves the right to evict any guest violating these rules without a refund.

10.2. In case of conflict or aggressive behavior, the police may be called.

11. Acceptance of the Regulations

11.1. By checking in, guests confirm they have read, understood, and accepted these regulations.

11.2. The regulations are available in every room (in the folder) and at the reception.
